I was very surprised how much I enjoyed the Games in Glasgow, I think the atmosphere and buzz throughout the city just picked you up and carried you along. Everyone I have chatted to seems to have felt the same, it really was great. The support by the general public in particular for the road race during some pretty miserable and wet weather was amazing and very heartwarming. I’m glad I got to experience a few of the events first hand and here are a few pics.
Graham Mitchell Architects have transformed a series of small premises back into a beautiful grade A-listed Georgian Townhouse in Edinburgh. The original period features have been lovingly restored and the property renovated into a spacious elegant holiday let property in the centre of Edinburgh. With the generous proportions, muted palette, selection of public rooms and great city centre location it’s no wonder the property has been very popular and had great reviews from it’s first season of travelling guests. I hope it continues for Mitchells Young Street.
